HOW F.A.S.T. WORKS

Portamedic F.A.S.T. uses the combined simplicity of fax processing with the latest in document management technology. When the documents are processed through our Home Office server, they are converted into an image file and electronically stored for later retrieval. Examiners, attending physicians and medical facilities can fax completed exams or medical records to the Portamedic toll-free number 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our system updates the case status, noting the documents have been received and posted. You will know when an image file is available for retrieval to view, download or print for your case file.
